MAY 7th 2026– AGM at The Pavilion at 7.00pm.
Everyone is welcome to attend this public meeting
Officers of the club to be elected. The 2026 Sports week will be discussed at length and plans put in place for Sports Week 2026. St Levan Sports Day will be the 2nd Tuesday of August at the playing field. We look forward to seeing everyone for sports week 2026

Below is a draft schedule for the programme of events
Saturday August 9th
7:15pm AUCTION
Fundraising Night at The Logan Rock Inn.
Marquee in the lower garden.
Our Raffle tickets will be on sale.
Tuesday August 12th
1pm Fancy Dress Competition followed by Sports Day at St Levan playing fields.
Prizes for each race presented after the last race. Refreshments on sale at the field.
Wednesday August 13th
Reserved day for the Sports Day if weather is bad on the Tuesday.
Thursday August 14th
6pm ROUNDERS & WELLY BOOT plus BBQ at St Levan playing fields.

Friday August 15th
6:30pm BEACH VOLLEYBALL at Porthcurno Beach.

Saturday August 16th
5.00pm 5 a side Football followed by
7.00pm BARN DANCE with The TINNERS plus The SHINDIG CLOGGERS
Food and Drink Stalls. The Barn dance is free but we will have a box for donations
Our events are free to enter. In order to maintain this we rely on our fundraising Auction and raffle plus donations/ sponsors.
